Javier Diaz has over 15 years of experience in human resources, statistics, data analysis, and business process improvement. He has developed HR indicators and dashboards, conducted HR process improvements, and has led major HR system implementations with companies in a wide range of industries. Some of these industries include manufacturing, oil/petroleum, financial services, retail, non-for-profit, private, and the public sector. In addition, he has created and facilitated training materials to assist organizations in addressing change management.
He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management with Honors, and has taken courses in Project Management, Six Sigma Black Belt, Agile, Risk Management, in others.
